About us!

The business first started in the Coachella Valley in July of 1999.  I purchased three businesses and ultimately combined them to form one company called "Pool Problems?"  For the first three years the business focused on monthly service and chemical treatments of the pool & spa.  Growing rapidly, the company expanded into full equipment installation to include pumps & motors, filters, heaters, remote control systems,  solar and salt water pool conversions.    As the company  expanded we added a pool/spa brokering utilizing contractors we have vetted,  in the remodeling of pools to include white plaster and pebble tec resurfacing.  The company also handles all warranty issues for the customer.  The company prides itself on  promptly returning all clients calls, quick response for service, and most importantly, showing up on time for all appointments, along with quality workmanship.  "One phone call does it all!'
